I prepared for you 10 detailed videos where I cook for you 10 Italian recipes that go from starters to desserts.

This is what we have:

  1. Medaglioni di Polenta is a deliciuos appetizer made with corn flour (Polenta), surrounded by bacon and with melted cheese on top.
  2. Some nice little balls made with potatoes, cheese and thyme and cooked in the oven.
  3. Risotto is the way Italians cook rice. So creamy and tasty! We have it with pumpkin.
  4. Speghetti with fried zucchini like they make them on the Amalfi Coast.
  5. Our typical and unique lentil soup.
  6. Our super meatloaf as we call it, Polpettone, with a stuffing of cheese and spinach.
  7. Saltimbocca alla Romana, a typical Roman dish with veal meat, cheese and sage.
  8. Pollo alla Cacciatora is chicken made with a lovely cherry tomato sauce and different herbs.
  9. Crostata is a very popular Italian cake that can be made with many fillings. This is with Ricotta cheese and bitter orange jam.
  10. Pannacotta is a creamy dessert mainly made with cream where you can add many different sauces on top. I made it with a raspberry sauce.
